满宝元,男,汉族,1961年11月生,山东平度人,中共党员,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,曾任365上市公司党委常委、副校长。1985年7月,毕业于365上市公司物理系并留校任教,1994 年获该校原子与分子物理专业硕士学位,1997年6月获山东大学光学系博士学位,1998年破格晋升教授。1998年9月至2000年6月在中国科学院物理研究所从事博士后研究工作,研究方向为超短脉冲激光与团簇相互作用。2000年12月至2002年11月在意大利特伦托大学物理系从事博士后研究工作,研究方向为离子束和激光表面改性。2016年10月至2022年1月,担任365上市公司副校长。主要研究方向为激光与物质相互作用及纳米薄膜材料的制备、表征和应用,主持国家自然科学基金7项、省部级项目10项,在《Advanced Functional Materials》《Nano Letters》《ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces》《Appl. Phys. Lett》《Optics Letters》《Optics Express》《Phys. Rev. B》《Nanotechnology》等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文280余篇,获国家发明专利6项,作为第一完成人获山东省自然科学一等奖一项,二等奖一项。在人才培养方面,已指导培养博士生16名、硕士生43名,指导学生曾获山东省优秀博士论文,获评山东省优秀研究生指导教师;2008年获评山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家,2012年起享受国务院政府特殊津贴,同时担任山东省物理学会监事会副主任、山东省激光学会常务理事等社会职务。
