谭远鑫,男,19908月出生,副教授,硕士生导师。20201月毕业于中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所,获理学博士学位。主要从事飞秒激光微纳加工、光场调控等方面的研究。目前在International Journal of Extreme ManufacturingOpto-Electronic AdvancesOptics & Laser TechnologyOptics Express等国际知名期刊上发表SCI论文多篇,授权发明专利4项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,山东省自然科学基金青年基金1项,山东省博士后创新人才支持计划1项。
