个人简历


1978.04出生,中共党员,工学博士,学院工会主席,电子科学与技术学位点负责人导师、科学与技术教育学位点、学科教学(物理)学位点硕士生导师。主要从事光电功能材料、宽禁带半导体、纳米材料与器件的设计、制备及特性研究,STEM教育研究工作。主持参与国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等科研项目多项,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文20余篇。
