个人简介

董密密,女,19932月出生,山东滨州人,博士,讲师。20236月毕业于365上市公司,获得理学博士学位。20238-20261在山东大学物理学院从事博士后研究。主要从事低维纳米材料与器件性质的研究,涉及二维材料的光、电、自旋极化、能谷极化性质及其短沟道场效应晶体管输运性质等科学研究。在Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem. Lett., Nanoscale, J. Mater. Chem. A等国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以第一作者身份发表SCI论文12篇。
